Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. UK delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend.
When will my order arrive?
We process orders within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). These are estimates, and busy periods or bad weather can occasionally add a day or two.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number. You can also follow it on our order tracking page.
I've spotted a mistake in my address. What should I do?
Email contact@ardenrove.co.uk as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch, although we may not be able to once the parcel is on its way.
Returns and exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return something, then 14 days from telling us to send it back. Items should be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. There are no restocking fees. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover reasonable return postage.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@ardenrove.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please contact us before posting anything so we can direct your parcel correctly.
How quickly will I be refunded?
Once your return has arrived and been checked, approved refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes. Return your original pair and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like, subject to availability.
Can I try my shoes on at home?
Of course. Please try them on indoors, on a clean, soft surface, so the soles stay unmarked if you decide to send them back.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Each product page shows which size system that style uses. Our size guide converts between UK, EU and US sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us your usual UK size and the style you're looking at, and we'll help you choose.
Your order
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched we'll do everything we can to stop it. If it's already on its way, you can return it once it arrives. UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel an online order up to 14 days after delivery.
My order arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
We're sorry. Email us your order number, a short description and photographs if you can. We'll arrange a refund, repair or replacement in line with your consumer rights and cover the return postage.
