Delivery at a glance
- Free tracked UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
- Processed within 24 hours of your order being placed.
- Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods, severe weather or courier disruption can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.
Returns at a glance
- 30 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return something, then 14 days to send it back.
- Unworn, in original condition, with original packaging and any tags. Please try shoes on indoors on a clean surface.
- No restocking fees.
- Return postage: paid by you for change-of-mind returns; covered by us if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of your return being approved, to your original payment method.
How to return
- Email contact@ardenrove.co.uk with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for these before posting.
- Pack your items securely. We recommend a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage.
Exchanges
To change size or colour, return your original pair and place a new order for the one you'd like, subject to availability.
Your rights
Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and doesn't limit them. UK customers generally have the right to cancel an online order from the moment it's placed until 14 days after delivery.
