The Adeline comes in UK sizes 3 to 8, including half sizes, in one standard width.

We don't have a measured size chart, shaft height or calf measurement for this boot yet, so we won't guess. The laces let you adjust the fit across the foot. If you're between sizes, or you usually need a wider fit, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk with your usual UK size before you order and we'll help you choose.

Delivery & returns

Delivery. Free tracked UK delivery on all orders. Order processing: within 24 hours of placing your order. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Returns. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You may try footwear on indoors, on a clean surface, to check the fit.

Return postage is your responsibility unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. No restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days. Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Care
  • Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Undo the side zip before you take them off, rather than pulling against the laces.
  • If they get wet, let them dry naturally, away from radiators and direct heat.
  • Store them upright, out of direct sunlight.

How do they go on?

Use the side zip. Once you've set the laces to suit your foot, you can leave them tied.

How high is the heel?

It's a slanted block heel. We don't have the height in centimetres yet. If you'd like it before you order, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk and we'll check it for you.

How high do they come up?

They come up above the ankle, towards the lower calf. We don't have the exact shaft height or calf measurement yet. If you'd like them before you order, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk.

Is the upper leather?

Our supplier describes leather uppers with a glossy croc-effect finish, but we haven't confirmed the material ourselves yet, so we're not calling it genuine leather. If it matters to you, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk and we'll let you know once we've checked.

When will they arrive?

UK delivery is free and tracked on all orders. We process orders within 24 hours of you placing them, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
