We don't have the shaft height, calf measurement or a measured size chart for this boot yet, so we won't guess. If you're between sizes, or you'd like to check the calf fit, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk with your usual UK size before you order and we'll help you choose.

Delivery. Free tracked UK delivery on all orders. Order processing: within 24 hours of placing your order. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Returns. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You may try footwear on indoors, on a clean surface, to check the fit.

Return postage is your responsibility unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. No restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days. Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Care
  • Brush gently with a soft, dry brush to lift marks and keep the finish even.
  • We haven't confirmed the upper material yet, so test any cleaner or protector spray on a hidden area first.
  • If they get wet, let them dry naturally, away from radiators and direct heat.
  • Store them upright, out of direct sunlight, with the zips closed.

Will they fit my calves?

The shaft is straight and fairly close-fitting, and the full-length inside zip helps you get them on. We don't have the calf measurement yet, so we can't promise a fit. Email contact@ardenrove.co.uk and we'll check it for you before you order.

How high is the heel?

It's a block heel. We don't have the height in centimetres yet. If you'd like it before you order, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk and we'll check it for you.

Are they real suede?

Our supplier describes the upper as suede, but we haven't confirmed the material ourselves yet, so we call it a suede-look finish. If it matters to you, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk and we'll let you know once we've checked.

Do they come up narrow or wide?

They come in one standard width. We don't yet have fit feedback for the Montaigne, so if you usually need a wide fit or you're between sizes, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk with your usual UK size and we'll help you choose.

When will they arrive?
