Size & fit
Sizes are listed in the size system shown above, and our size guide converts between UK, EU and US sizes.
For footwear, pointed and almond toes can feel snugger than round or square toes. For coats and knitwear, think about what you'll wear underneath.
If you're between sizes or unsure, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk with your usual UK size (and height, for coats and dresses) and we'll help you choose.
Delivery & returns
Free tracked UK delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return something. Items should be unworn, with tags attached, so please try footwear on indoors. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. No restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
Care
Clothing: always follow the care label sewn into the garment. Rest knitwear flat to dry and fold rather than hang it.
Leather footwear: wipe with a soft, damp cloth and use a neutral cream now and then. Suede: brush gently and use a protector spray before the first wear.
Let wet coats and shoes dry naturally, away from radiators.
