Delivery. Free tracked UK delivery on all orders. Order processing: within 24 hours of placing your order. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Returns. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, then send it back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You may try footwear on indoors, on a clean surface, to check the fit.

Return postage is your responsibility unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. No restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days. Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Care
  • Wipe the leather clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Use a neutral leather cream now and then to keep the leather supple.
  • If they get wet, let them dry naturally, away from radiators and direct heat.
  • Store them upright, out of direct sunlight, with the zips closed.
  • Use boot shapers or rolled-up paper so the shafts keep their shape.

What size should I order?

It fits true to size, so choose your usual UK size. The Vauclaire comes in UK 3 to 8, including half sizes, in one width. If you're between sizes, email contact@ardenrove.co.uk with your usual size and we'll help you choose.

Will they fit my calves?

The Vauclaire fits through the calf, and there's a long back zip to help you get them on.

Are they real leather?

Yes. The upper is genuine leather, with a smooth, glossy finish.

How high is the heel?

The flared block heel is 5cm high.

Can I wear them with jeans?

Yes, with slim or straight jeans tucked in, or under a long coat. Very wide or bootcut jeans sit better over an ankle boot.

When will they arrive?

UK delivery is free and tracked on every order. We process orders within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email.
